Our services are free & confidential.

Our pregnancy tests are medical quality, highly sensitive, and provide immediate results. They detect the presence of hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) hormone which circulates in a pregnant woman’s body shortly after fertilization and is released in her urine.

Thinking you may be pregnant is a big deal. Our caring and compassionate patient advocates are here to listen and offer you support.

Early pregnancy symptoms can mimic a normal period, the flu, PMS, or even an STI/STD. Some people experience many symptoms and some not at all. If you have more than one of the following symptoms or a late period, make an appointment and get the answers you need right away.

A positive test (including a home test) is an indication of pregnancy, but not a confirmation. The test result should be confirmed by an OB Ultrasound exam.

An OB Ultrasound can confirm your pregnancy and ensure your pregnancy is healthy. It can be a great indicator of how far along you are by using measurements to estimate the gestational age of the fetus. We offer a free ultrasound to anyone who had a positive pregnancy test at our center.

A free limited OB Ultrasound can determine the following:

  • If your pregnancy is a potentially life-threatening tubal pregnancy.
  • The approximate age of your pregnancy.
  • Does the fetus have a heartbeat.
  • How developed is the fetus.
  • Is your pregnancy capable of developing under normal conditions.

If you would like to get a free limited ultrasound at our center, your first step is to schedule a free pregnancy test. Once you are confirmed to be pregnant at our center, we will help you schedule a limited ultrasound appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Note: The purpose of the ultrasound exam is not for identifying the gender (sex) of the baby.

We offer testing and treatment through a urine-based test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. When a positive test result returns, we offer treatment with our physician-recommended antibiotics. STI testing and treatment offered in Cadillac only.

Just because STI’s are common doesn’t mean they’re no big deal. Left untreated, infections can cause irreversible damage to your reproductive system, which can lead to high risk pregnancy, miscarriage, infertility, sterility or other long-term complications.
