If you have a viable pregnancy you have three choices to consider. Are you going to go with abortion or adoption? Or will you choose to become a parent?
PARENTING
We’re here to help you take the time to address your parenting and help you find the resources you need. Many people who want to parent may have questions about single parenting, co-parenting, marriage, continuing their education, financial stability and other topics. We offer free parenting classes in Michigan.
ADOPTION
We’re here to help you explore all your pregnancy options, including the choices adoption has to offer. We provide free information about the adoption process and referrals to adoption agencies. In most cases, financial assistance is available for the birth mother, along with many other benefits.
ABORTION
If you are considering an abortion, we recommend you understand the different abortion procedures and any possible health risks. Get information about abortion methods costs and your options. We offer free pregnancy and sexual health services in Michigan to help when facing an unplanned pregnancy.
UNPLANNED PREGNANCY CONFIRMATION
To help you confirm your pregnancy, we offer free pregnancy testing. A positive pregnancy test (including those taken at home) suggests a high probability that you’re pregnant. However, the result should be confirmed.
If your test is positive, our staff will determine next steps, such as an ultrasound exam, and the best time to schedule that procedure.
An ultrasound can answer three major questions:
- Is the pregnancy in the uterus?
- How far along are you?
- Is there a fetal heartbeat?
